U TECH has successfully launched its latest fully automatic tomato paste filling line, specifically engineered for high-viscosity food products.

Designed for precision and hygiene, the system features specialized rotary valves and servo-driven pistons to ensure clean, drip-free filling of thick pastes. The line includes a double-jacketed heating hopper with an integrated agitator to maintain optimal consistency. Complemented by a high-speed vacuum capping system for glass jars, this solution ensures extended shelf life and 100% food safety using SUS316L stainless steel.

"This innovation optimizes throughput while minimizing product waste for global sauce producers," stated U TECH’s engineering director.
