Engineered specifically to tackle the extreme packaging challenges of traditional fish sauce, soy sauce, and high-salinity liquid condiments, this fully automated production line delivers unmatched durability, precision, and hygiene.

The key breakthrough of the system lies in its superior corrosion resistance. Since fish sauce contains high salt concentrations and organic acids, U TECH has constructed all liquid-contact parts and the machine frame from medical-grade SUS316L stainless steel and corrosion-resistant titanium alloys, completely preventing rust and acidic wear.

Equipped with advanced gravity-vacuum filling valves and anti-drip diving nozzles, the machine ensures consistent filling levels with zero spillage, effectively eliminating foaming and sealing-surface contamination. The fully enclosed sterile cabinet is paired with a heavy-duty exhaust system to efficiently control strong pungent odors, maintaining a fresh and safe cleanroom environment for operators.
