Cameroonian Customer Successfully Accepts U TECH’s 12-Head Linear Piston Filling Machine

U TECH, a premier manufacturer of high-precision liquid packaging machinery, today announced the successful factory acceptance testing (FAT) and delivery of its advanced 12-Heads Linear Type Piston Filling Machine for a prominent cosmetics and chemical manufacturer based in Cameroon.

The Cameroonian delegation visited U TECH’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Zhangjiagang for rigorous, hands-on testing. The custom-engineered 12-head filler, driven by high-performance servo-motors, demonstrated flawless volumetric accuracy of ±0.5% and a stable output of up to 4,000 bottles per hour. During testing, the machine seamlessly filled various high-viscosity products, including body lotions, liquid soaps, and viscous detergents, showing outstanding anti-foaming and leak-proof performance.

The customer expressed high satisfaction with the robust construction, user-friendly PLC touch-screen, and quick changeover capabilities designed for diverse bottle shapes.
