Introduction

This UT series automatic servo filling machine is widely used in Food, Chemical, Medical, Cosmetics, Agrochemical industry, applicable for filling liquid, especially for high viscosity material and foamy liquid, such as: Oil, Sauce, Ketchup, Honey, Shampoo, Lotion Lubricant oil, etc. And it is suitable for barrels, jars and bottles of different sizes, shapes and volumes.

Servo filling part

This machine is equipped with servo motor and you just need to enter the certain number to adjust filling range.Compared with other filling machine,this tracking type filling machine can control filling nozzle follow moving bottles during filling work.It reduce production error and improve filling accuractely.It is designed for filling paste like curry paste,tomato sauce,pepper sauce,each nozzle can be controlled separately.

Servo capping part

The servo capping machine sorts the caps which are individually picked up by the mechanical swing arm and moved to the chuck head while containers are stabilized by the pneumatic bottle gripping assembly. after the chuck head applies appropriate torque to the cap, the container moves down conveyor.

Adhesive labeling machine

The machine can simultaneously achieve two-sided circumferential surface labeling and labeling features to satisfy the flat bottles, square bottles and bottle shaped single-sided and double side labeling, the entire circumference of the cylindrical body a half weeks labeling, widely used cosmetics industry, daily chemical industry. Optional Tape printer and inkjet printer to achieve the production date printed on the label and batch information to achieve labeling – endowed integration.
