Product Description
Fully automatic capping machine, which can cut the foil roll into lining and insert the lining into the bottle cap at the same time, the speed can reach 100 pieces/min. The main body is equipped with a turntable. The periphery of the turntable is equipped with equidistant grooves that match the bottle cap. One side of the body is equipped with a bottle cap sorting and conveying device, and a bottle cap conveying device is installed on the body. The punch of the blanking device is installed on the pad. The block is in place. One side of the gasket blanking device is provided with a discharging roller frame just above the groove. The structure of the utility model can directly stuff the gasket into the bottle cap after the material is cut, and the degree of automation is high, the labor intensity of the workers is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
